Introducing “From Scratch” - Our New Team
We are pleased to announce that our new catering partners, “From Scratch”, will be launching their service in the clubhouse on Friday 3rd March.
The Club, alongside the team of Alejandro, Laura, Agustin, Lautaro and Martina, are very excited about this new opportunity and would like to welcome members of the club and non-members to come and enjoy our exciting new food offering.
A little bit about our new team …
“We will be doing what we do best which is food from scratch with the happiest service!”
“We are a family run restaurant and we've been in the industry for many years! Our team is Alejandro, Laura, Agustin, Lautaro and Martina! You might know Alex as the previous Head Chef at The Tontine Hotel Peebles and Laura was Pastry Chef at Cocoa Black Peebles. Agustin has worked for many years in Edinburgh bars and restaurants mangement and will be the front of the venue. Lautaro works at Coltman's Peebles and Martina at Peebles Hydro.”
“Some of you may also know us from our previous venture ‘Family Co Bakery’. We used to deliver pastries during pandemic times. We can't wait to welcome all of you and showcase our delicious food!”
Our offerings will be Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner.
