Match report v Carnwath

The start of a run of 5 away matches at Carnwath with glorious warm sunny weather - perhaps too hot and humid to some extent with everybody happy to get back to the clubhouse for a long cold drink. The course was in super condition and the catering both before and after the match was excellent. Results - Match 1 Peebles won 2&1, Match 2 Peebles won 5&3, Match 3 Peebles lost 3&1, Match 4 all square, Match 5 Peebles lost 1 down,  Match 6 Peebles lost 4&2. Overall Carnwath 3.5 , Peebles 2.5

Next match is at Broomieknowe followed by Torwoodlee  - a match which we are still short of numbers to make up the team. Then on to Duns and Craigielaw to finish off a busy month.
