Honours even in the first match of the season!

Keith Ackerman’s Peebles team welcomed local rivals Innerleithen for the first match of the new season.

Both teams enjoyed playing on an excellently presented golf course in brilliant sunshine. That’s what golf is all about!

This fixture is always keenly contested and it was fitting that match ended Peebles 3 : Innerleithen 3.

All players were delighted that Club Captain, Denise Richards was on the first tee to welcome everyone and wish them well in the match. A very nice touch indeed!
