Match report v Duns

Once again the weather gods smiled on us and the recent rain disappeared to give us a warm sunny day for the visit to Duns. This was a new fixture added to the list with one match each year so we will welcome Duns to play Peebles next year. Everybody found the course quite testing with a few blind shots and dog legs but all players enjoyed the experience. The course itself was in excellent condition as was the catering.

Result - Match 1 Peebles lost 3&1, Match 2 Peebles won 1up, Match Peebles lost 5&4, Match 4 Peebles lost 4&3, Match 5 Peebles won 4&3, Match 6 Peebles lost 7&6. Overall Duns 4 Peebles 2.
