Duns match report

Once again we had a great day for golf. We could all get used to this!

We welcomed the Duns team to Peebles for the first time. We played this new fixture at Duns last year and although we were defeated 4-2 we really enjoyed the match.

The match had a strong competitive edge as we attempted to reverse our fortunes from last year. The captains game was very close but Duns edged out the home team. Game 2 went to Peebles and the next 2 games ended all square. Peebles finished strongly and won both games 5 and 6 by 2&1.

Overall result : Peebles 4 Duns 2

So over the 2 matches it ended all square. We look forward to our trip to Duns next season.
